Collagen Gold delivers 15 grams of collagen peptides and 80 mg of vitamin C per serving. Thanks to a special enzymatic process, the collagen peptides are already broken down into small fragments, allowing your body to absorb them quickly. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for bones and supports the normal function of cartilage.

Collagen is a naturally occurring protein found in bones, cartilage, and skin. It is distinct from other proteins due to its high concentrations of the amino acids glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline.
Unlike other types of protein, such as whey or casein, collagen is ideally taken before training. Mix 15 grams (2 scoops) of Collagen Gold with 200-250 ml of water or another beverage, around 45 minutes prior to exercise.
You’ll find the scoop inside the tub.
Mix with water or another beverage, around 45 minutes prior to exercise.
And enjoy!
